Ranwell Business OS Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Ranwell Business OS Cloud handles information used to operate the SaaS platform.

Information processed
- Company registration and contact information.
- Administrator and authorised user account information.
- Subscription, billing and support records.
- Business information entered by the customer into its isolated company workspace.
- Technical security information such as login events, IP addresses and audit records where required for platform protection.

Purpose
- Create and administer company workspaces.
- Authenticate users and enforce access permissions.
- Provide subscription billing, reminders and customer support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the platform.
- Maintain audit and security records.

Tenant data
- Business records are associated with the customer's tenant workspace.
- The platform is designed to prevent one tenant from accessing another tenant's records through normal application functions.

Security
- The platform uses authenticated access, tenant isolation, server-side permissions and audit controls.
- Customers are responsible for deciding which employees receive access to their workspace.

Retention
- Account, billing, audit and support information may be retained for operational, contractual, security or legal purposes.
- Business-data export and retention arrangements should be defined in the commercial agreement and applicable policy.
